EBG delivered the complete refurbishment of this five-bedroom, four-bathroom residence, transforming the existing home into a refined coastal retreat that makes the most of its expansive ocean views.
The residence was carefully re-imagined to create a stronger connection between the interiors, landscaped gardens and outdoor entertaining areas. Generous living spaces, a private sauna and a newly constructed swimming pool introduce a relaxed, resort-style quality while supporting the everyday needs of the family. The external works involved extensive excavation, garden construction and landscaping to integrate the new pool seamlessly within the property.
Careful planning and coordination were required to manage these works alongside the broader refurbishment while protecting the integrity of the existing residence.
